Quick fixes
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple, so changes happen in iOS — not inside Closet Remix.
On your iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Closet Remix. From there you can switch tier, pause, or cancel. Your wardrobe data stays put if you cancel — you'll just lose the paid features at the end of the period.
If you can't see the subscription listed, it may be on a different Apple ID. Email us and we'll help you trace it.
In the app, tap Profile → Your Plan, scroll to the bottom and tap Have a code? Enter your code there.
Codes unlock a time-limited trial of a specific plan tier. They're case-sensitive and one per account. If a code says it's expired but you've never used it, send the code and your account email to hello@closetremix.co.uk and we'll sort it.
Apple processes all App Store refunds — we're not able to issue them directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID used to subscribe, and select the Closet Remix charge.
If Apple declines and you feel that's unfair, write to us — we'll add a note from our side, which sometimes helps on a second attempt.
Closet Remix stores your wardrobe locally, so a fresh install starts empty. To move:
Option A — iCloud restore. If your old phone backed up to iCloud, restoring the new phone from that backup brings Closet Remix and its data across automatically.
Option B — Manual export. In the old app, go to Profile → Data → Export wardrobe. Email yourself the file, then on the new phone open the same screen and choose Import.
Your subscription follows your Apple ID, not the device — sign in with the same one and it'll be active.
Everything you put into Closet Remix is yours. Profile → Data → Export wardrobe gives you a JSON file with all items, outfits, wear logs and tags, plus a folder of your photos.
To delete everything, tap Profile → Data → Delete all wardrobe data. This is immediate and irreversible — there's no server copy to roll back to. If you want us to also remove your email from the waitlist or newsletter, reply to any email from us with the word "remove" and we'll handle it the same day.
Closet Remix is iOS-only at launch. Android is on the roadmap — there's no firm date, but it's the most-requested item by a wide margin and it's being scoped now. There is no web version planned: the app is built around your camera and your photo library, both of which work better natively.
Email hello@closetremix.co.uk with "Android waitlist" in the subject and we'll write to you the day it's ready.
Sorry — we want to know. The more of this you can share, the faster we can fix:
1. Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About).
2. The app version (Profile → About → Version).
3. What you were doing when it happened, and what you expected.
4. A screenshot or screen recording if you can.

A real person

Your data stays yours
Your photos and items live on your device. We can help you with accounts and subscriptions, but we can't peek inside your closet.
